Always Discreet pads
I bought a package to try when my normal brand was out of stock. What a pleasant surprise! These pads are so thin and hold almost as much as the bigger thicker pads I was buying. Now these are all I buy. I normally do not buy the long size as I find the regular works great.

As a elderly customer and depends on your delivery(which is great, delivery person is very curious) but in check on line I can not always get a full report. There needs a way to get a printed receipt with the deliyery. I see charges on my account I don’t reconize. Why no receipts?

i have been having to use these for a couple of years now, and im only 37. they work great except if youre laying on your side or just laying back comfortable and have to cough and end up peeing.. it will not soak into the pad quivk enough and just roll to the back of my panties. but all in all this is the only incontinence pads i can wear that don’t just bunch up. also you have to wear cotton panties full coverage because they will not stick to the other types of materials

Excellent pad for my needs
You never think ahead about this until it happens. There are so many lengths and saturation points, then you have to laugh trying to figure out if your issue can be summed up as a drip, spurts, streams, or gushes plus it’s just plain embarrassing. Any day can have any of those occur, so if you choose in the lower 1-3 group, you may be changing more than the pad. 5 and up will surely catch every drip but I don’t like the feel of that much pad. Fortunately 4’s are my perfect fit. Now length, we are all built different so you will need to find the size that keeps the bulk of the pad where needed without the end or edge of the tip assaulting other lady parts 🤣. It may not be a Brazilian but it DOES not feel good to have the adhesive part roll up and stick where it has no business sticking. The other main brand is excellent too but I seem to have a sensitivity to it or whatever is used to retain any liquid. I only have leakage when I have to walk a distance to get to the bathroom. So I’m fortunate that I’m able to figure out my needs at this step.

Little higher priced but worth it
Much better than generic brand. Hate to need them but they are worth the extra money. You don’t feel like the whole world can tell you tinkled when you laugh or sneeze. Does make you feel more secure about a private issue. They are long which sometimes you need. Unfortunately…

Fantastic product fantastic price
I was using the boutique, always discreet, but they were going up very quickly so I had to find another of the same brand which does the very same and I found it in these pads right here perfect for me and a whole lot better than the boutique always discrete boutique.

Great Idea – Needs More Work
I like the fact that these pads protect me from one of the uglies about getting older. Incontinence is one of those things about getting old no one ever told me about. My only complaint is that the pads could be just a little bit longer. Yes, I am aware that Always makes a longer one. I found it to be too long. One-third of the length added to the original pads would have bèen enough for me. Make a pad wth just an additional 2″ added to the length would be just right.

don’t buy if you are allergic to scented products!
I ordered these because Walmart doesn’t stock the kind I normally buy. Unfortunately they are scented. No where did it say this on the box. As I began to develop a migraine I threw the entire $14.99 purchase into the trash, tied the bag and took it outside to the bin.

New but NOT IMPROVED
These new and improved may be new but they’re not improved! They’re packaged poorly, all folded wrong so hard to straighten properly, they really bunch up once I get them on the best I can, they don’t stick very well so needless to say I do not like these so called “new and improved “ discreet incontinence pads!

Over powering, strong fragrance!
The fragrance is so strong you can smell it through the bag! I have used these for over a decade and they never had this new over-powering fragrance! I will NEVER try this brand again … no matter what they are selling! This company made a terrible mistake adding strong fragrance to this product. Everything the product package touches takes on the strong smell. It’s just awful and extremely disappointing! We are trying to get away from stuff like this … stop with the strong fragrances in products!
