Incontinence pads for women
The sticky part sticks well to the underwear,I believe there is an odor neutralizer to it and if there is it works very well. The smell is very mild and light scented, kind of like an expensive floral. I experience no dampness, the moisture stays in the pad. Would I buy again and would I recommend? Yes. In the last picture I held the pad under the sink and it has a little ridge on the sides with elastic that helped hold the moisture in and the pad just absorbed and absorbed.

the heavy output 4 star is really good unless the pad conformed into your labia,then it still gets on clothes because too skinny.It definitely works better for more output than drops. Im really happy with them. ditching THE DEPENDS FOR A SLEEKER BUTT LOOK .

Always Discreet Incontinence Pads, were great.
I was worried about being away from the house and having an accident, since these pads are so thin. No need to worry as the aborbancy was better than I hoped. I have had no leaks or overflows.The moisture is wicked away and I didn’y feel like the urine was against my skin.
I have had only 1 accident per pad and they work great. I have been able to change fairly quickly, so have not experienced an additional accident per pad.

Does not absorb what I consider a heavy accident. Long length, while uncomfortable, may do better.
Sometimes all the liquid is not absorbed; instead it sits on the pad and spills out while I remove my clothing!!

These definitely sre NOT good for leaks. I’ve had several embarrassing and unexpected moments with leaks. I wonder if they need to be a bit wider…? Everyone has a different anatomical shape but they seem to not be efficient. I’ve had them leak clear up to my rear waistline and also up the front with lottle moisture captured in the middle

Was disappointed. My package was delivered to the garage door instead of to my front door where the mailbox is located. I cannot go downstairs to retrieve the packages left down there as I am on oxygen 24/7 .I needed to have my Neighbor or my daughter come down and retrieve my package for me. Very inconvenient!

ALWAYS leaks — always!
ALWAYS leaks — literally! No matter the length or shape, the edges of the pad have no absorbent filling — they are just a border of thin tissue that manages to absorb fluid that wets and stains your undies. They are only effective in enabling the padded part to stay dry long enough to bunch up uncomfortably. What a waste of time and money. ALWAYS needs to go back to the drawing board — and I need to find a better solution!

I’ve used these pads for years now as prices have gone up on things they didn’t raise the price they cut the product it’s so small I couldn’t believe it was a size 5 it almost looks like a panty liner it’s ridiculous. of course that’s an exaggeration but the point is it’s very thin narrow and short

Disappointing item
Very uncomfortable. I needed to trim the back edge on everyone because it was wrinkled %26 Scratchy, irritating, difficult, to sit For any length of time. Will never buy again.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this pad which was your substitution for my usual purchase of Poise pads. I allowed this item change because the package description, like absorbency and the price, were similar to that of Poise. But it does not compare. Since I am homebound, I had to send a helper somewhere else to find what I needed. The remainder of my Always purchase will go to my granddaughter for her young girls. Please just don’t substitute my Poise pads again!
