GREAT DEAL
I was skeptical, but this thing is legit. MAKE SURE YOU OIL IT LIKE IT SAYS ON THE SECOND TO LAST PAGE. The crappy placement of those instructions is the only thing I have to complain about regarding this item.

Great little shredder. You can leave it on all the time and it has a sensor for when adding paper to shred, so it shreds and then shuts off on it’s own….

The product I received is exactly what I needed and anticipated.

So far, no incidence of overheating in 3mins of continuous shredding. The sliding switch lever though, can still be improved to make it more easier to change modes (on-off-auto-reverse-forward), usually it over slides even if you’re careful. Over time, the switch might get damaged.

no handle on top of machine to remove top for dispose of shredded material! hard to determine if container is full! overflowed twice when removing top!I have to keep removing top to be sure it is not too high from top!slide switch is hard to set to desired postition.

It stopped working. I don’t want to order another one because of the trouble I had with the delivery. It was delivered to the wrong place. The complex found out who i was and contacted me to let me know that 4 of my packages were delivered to them. I don’t know why this company has a problem with my deliveries.
I would not recommend this item to anyone.
