   Bed buddy
   This is the second one that I have owned. Lost the first one during ourove to a new home. I really this product an it has served me well. When I get any kind of headache all I have to do is take a couple of aspirin an warm my buddie up an w/in 20 mins my headache is gone..gone… gone

   Second Bed Buddy for Sinus Area
   This is my second Bed Buddy for the sinus area. I still have the old one, but it is getting a bit threadbare. I’ve probably had it for 20 years or more. The new one is a bit stiff (comparing it to one that I’ve been using), but it works fine. This one has straps and that’s a good development.

   I have migraine headaches (usually caused by neck problems) and sometimes sinus headaches trigger them. I usually heat the pack for a minute and 20 seconds and wrap it in a small towel if it feels too hot and unwrap it as it cools.

   This is such a great product I can’t praise it enough.

   I love this!
   My doctor had told me to use warm compresses on my eyes twice a day; well that’s fine and good however the pad I had died. I had searched the store however the only ones I could find were ones you had to put in hot water first. I wanted a microwavable one that would be nice and easy. This one is perfect. It holds the heat a while and doesn’t take long to heat up. If I ever have to buy another one I will be getting this one again.

   Hot for Chalazion
   I suffer from Chalazion and use this for the hot feature and LOVE it! I microwave it for about 1.5 minutes before use and it stays hot for around 8 minutes, but is still warm after that. The box says not to put on eyes when hot but that’s what I got ot for and it works. The box also says not to heat for longer than a minute and I did heat it once for 2 minutes and burned whatever grains are inside it.

   I also suffer from allergies and can see how this product would also be great cold. It fits snugly to the eyes and puts just the right amount of preassure on the bridge of the nose.

   perfect for my needs
   Even though the instructions say not to use this as a hot pack on your eyes, that’s what I got it for. I need moist heat compresses for my chronic dry eye and this works perfectly!!! I just have to be very careful about how hot I get it.

   Great for Sinus & Headache Relief
   Have used before. Got this one for the straps and as the other was dirty. Am keeping this one clean by using it in a sock that I wash periodically.

   Relieves pain/pressure
   Microwave this for 30 seconds and use just above the eyes to relieve sinus pressure and pain and help open up congested sinuses. Works great!

    Love this thing!!!
    Love this product! When I get home from work and have a headache or neckache I love spending a little time laying on the sofa with this over my eyes, on my forehead, or even wrapped around the back of my neck. It instantly clears up my sinuses (I use it cold) and just makes my head feel so much better. Sometimes I use it even when I don’t have a headache as it just feels so soothing over my eyes or across my forehead. Love it!!
