This provides warmth for sinus pressure & headaches or you can use it cool to prevent headaches and to reduce inflammation — either way it is wonderful and smells great! The strap is too short or it would get a 5 star rating! Love all the Bed Buddy products I have ordered

Too tight but great for sinus relief.
Great for eye puffiness, sinuses and as a sleeping mask, but the straps are too tight! I plan to add extra elastic to it to make it more comfortable. I can’t smell the lavender anymore but that’s ok.

You have to have the head of a 2 year old for this to fit. I am going to have to make my own strap for it to fit my head.

No scent
I received the item earlier than expected, which was great, but out of the box the mask had no scent whatsoever. Tried warming it according to the instructions and thought I detected a very faint lavender scent. It also kept warm for a very short amount of time. Disappointed and would not buy again
