Additionally, the Original Tan nasal strips can be used anytime, anywhere: as your go-to snoring strips, offering snoring relief, or being great for use during exercise, allowing for better breathing while working out or playing sports. Breathe Right is safe for adults and children over the age of 5 and our Original nasal strips come in small/medium and large sizes for the perfect fit. Breathe Right nasal strips may be used daily. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day. If rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Each strip is for a single use only – do not reapply; use a fresh strip. I’ve tried several types of nosestrips, and these are the best nose ones.
Advice for people with a smaller nose:
You can attach them toward the opening of the nose with the bottommost wing attached within the nostril; It works beautifullly and protects the delicate skin around your eyes, to use this technique.
Why spend the money? Because this is an investment in yourself:

I am a mouth breather when I am not thinking about my breathing. I can breath out of my nose when I attach these strips and that feels good to me. I really do enjoy using them at home %26 just wish I was bold enough to wear them 24/7! They are easy to use, simple to put on and opens up my nasal passages. Wonderful…just wonderful.

I got these for my husband for Valentine’s Day (yeah, this is 40) and they are the best thing ever. I feel so rested when I wake up in the morning because I’m not tossing and turning and hitting my husband with the pillow every time he snores. IDK what even took me this long. Ladies, get them for your husband.

I’ve used “Breathe Right” strips off and on for years. I purchased a box of the clear plastic strips “new & improved”. They wouldn’t stay attached to my nostrils. Same for the “enhanced” strips. Finally found the originals in large at WalMart. Happy!

OVER PRICED AND NO SIZE ON BOX. You would think for the price you wouldn’t have to guess. The equate brand is just as good buy was out of stock. I WOULDNT RECOMEND BECAUSE OF PRICE N NO SIZE
