    Colorful Memories
i purchased more from the store to give them to my neices and nephews so they may use the retired colors. Im old, so it is good to share memories with the kids.

Nostalgia. These were colors that I remembered from my childhood. They were available for a good price. And I will be putting them on to other others.

    Dandelion is Supreme. Blizzard Glows.
Dandelion still proves to be the BEST yellow. It is the perfect shade and saturation and goes on the paper well. The Lemon Yellow in this set is superior to the Lemon Yellow from the current 100ct set. Orange Red in this set is superior to the Red Orange in the 100ct. Mulberry also goes onto paper very well and the Violet Blue is what I would have expected the 100ct Blue Violet to be. Raw Umber, Magic Mint, and Blizzard Blue are all a bit waxy but Umber a bit less so. Blizzard Blue makes up for the gross waxiness somewhat by being black light reactive–why did they not use this pigment in their neon set for a reactive blue? Anyway. It’s worth getting a few sets of these for the Dandelion alone, but the rest are worth having spares of as well.
