As you age, it takes me longer and longer to get ready. I wake up a hideous old which, warts and all, then a tab a liquid makeup and a brush here and there and I am even prettier than Cinderella and that’s a fact!

I don’t use it as a makeup brush, but it’s great for brushing powered sugar into my cookie molds to prevent the cookie dough from sticking. Probably also good at other kinds of power application.

Nice Brush for the price!
This brush is very soft. My only complaint is I wish the bristle density was more. The price is fantastic and I have washed it many times with almost no shedding. It does a great job with my compact powder! Great value!

Good Quality Brush for Low Price
This is a good quality brush, despite it’s low price. I have been using it both for my IT compact powder foundation and my Bare Minerals Veil Powder. I haven’t had it shed any bristles, and it seems to work well with both powders. I will definitely be buying more of the e.l.f. brand brushes!

I thought I was going to need this when I got bare minerals power from Walmart but they said they can’t deliver that to me and I forgot what reason is maybe I’ll probably use it if I get the bare minerals powder

Strong smell of glue or chemicals
I have used ELF brand brushes for several years. Quality has gone down the tubes. Open the sealed package and the smell of industrial glue was very strong. Wash brush numerous times, smell reduces but is not gone. Each time using the brush, the smell is quite apparent. They’ve also changed the quality of the bristles. They now have a very noticeable crimp pattern. They are soft, but maybe too soft, they bend too easily to pick up and spread powder as neatly as a slightly firmer denser brush. It works, but I would never choose this again. Will seek different brand of brushes from here forward. A pity – they were excellent – and I would pay twice as much if they returned to the old quality.
