It’s great and it has a similar consistency as Destini Maximum (the purple case). I was skeptical at first, but after changing multiple diapers, this as on the same scale as Desitin Maximum. The even better news is that it is reasonably priced and people can afford it.

Best diaper rash prevention product
I’ve been buying Equate Diaper Rash Ointment for years and let me tell you it does the same results as the Brand expensive ointment. Equate Diaper Rash Ointment is always stocked in my home. I mean I buy it by and make sure I do not run out. You see, my son is 44 years old he was born severely handicapped and yes, he’s incontinent and I use this product on him.
To this very day he has never had a diaper rash on his buttocks because I use Equate Diaper Rash Ointment as a preventative.

If you need a big thing of diaper rash cream, you’re gonna get the money for your buck on this item. Brother is spending like $30 on the exact same thing when you can only spend like $10.

If you want a rash or skin irritation cleared up quick get this equate diaper rash ointment it works just like its counterpart maximum strength Desitin. I love it!!!!!

Mom of 3! For us this has worked just as well as the comparable Desitin brand, for WAY less $$. Active ingredient (zinc oxide) is the same amount as name brand. There are a couple differences in inactive ingredients (see pics) but we haven’t had any issues. Our newest
addition is 3 months old and it works like a charm!

Great Product
This is a great product, at prices well below those big name ones. Thick and creamy, we use this product on an adult with urinary incontinence. It puts a barrier between the urine and skin. Allows rash or open skin lesions the opportunity to heal, while preventing new areas of breakdown. It has a fresh scent. Applies easily. This is a product we will keep in hand! I rate this with five stars and a big thumbs up!

I purchase this product due to my wife have a skin desorder in her abdomen area the dermatology priscribe an expency cream and never help her this cream along with other two over the counter cream together been a big help to keep her skin desoder in control

Smells SO bad!!
I got this to help soothe irritation on my underarms, etc., caused from sweating. I didn’t get any relief and the cream smell SO bad! I’m not sure what ingredients give it a fishy smell but I immediately had to shower after applying it. It’s also very messy and difficult to wash off.

1. No inner safety seal. Looks like it melted, contents on one side of jar. 2. The ointment has a HORRIBLE smell! Awful! I wouldn’t even want my hands smelling like this cream. Will toss whole jar. Previous Equate items have been good but this one is a definite no.
