I hadn’t ordered these the first time I got them. They were a replacement for the brand name item which was out of stock. I usually don’t accept substitutions but am glad I did this time.
The Equate brand is 1/2 the price for equal quality.

Extra cleaning
I love these dental brushes for hard to reach areas especially when I eat popcorn. I love popcorn, but hate the skins getting stuck in between my teeth. The brushes leave my teeth extra clean. And sometimes floss just doesn’t do the job enough. Love the minty flavor and the nice travel pack it comes with.

GOOD SUBSTITUTE FOR DENTAL FLOSS… 4½ STARS
I asked the family to join me in trying out Equate’s Brush Cleaners. It’s unanimous… they are a winner!
Each minty brush (there were 20 in this baggie) was easy to use and did a good job of getting into those in-between and hard-to-reach places, but there’s a mini problem. Found the little-wired brush a bit too “bendy”. Had to keep straightening it out, but it worked. Used a tissue to unbend and mop the tip.
They are tiny and convenient to carry. Faster than flossing and we just rinsed our brushes with mouthwash. A great addition to any personal care kit.

The wire brush is not stiff enough and it bends before you can get it in between your teeth. If you have tight margins between the teeth you will not be able to get the brush in

Equate Interdental size of brush head
CONS: Equate Interdental Moderate Brushes heads smaller and shorter than GUM PROXABRUSH Moderate. If you need moderate, consider buying Equate ones for wide spaces.
PROS: Equate brushes cost much less than Gum

Bend too easily
These are terrible. I usually get them Gum brand, but Walmart was out of the moderate sized ones, so I settled for the Equate version. These bend so easily and I hate it. Will definitely not buy these again.

These have to be the worst Interdental Brushes I have ever used. First of all, they bend too easily. My mom agreed with me. I normally use the CVS brand but since I had a Walmart gift card I decided to try these. Never again!

This is supposed to be the medium size. The name brand medium is actually medium. This would be the smallest thinnest version of the name brand. If u want a true medium in this brand then get the largest size.
