Five stars
Works great! I normally use a microwaveable heating pack but I had surgery and it was to painful to keep getting up to reheat so I bought this one.
Even after the healing process of the surgery I use it on cold nights to warm up and it’s been great for my husband’s lower back pain. My cat also loves it too!

I was in pain just below the knee. I usually get a cortisone shot when this happens. It was the weekend so I had to wait. i had tried patches and creams, and nothing was working to ease the pain. I bought this and finally got to sleep after 2 days of being awake. It was so conforting. Even though it did not say for the knee, it worked great. It has six heat intensity settings. The only thing I would suggest is that they add velcro so you can wrap it around a circular area.

Comfort in winter
Safe, reliable comfort at the click of a button. My front room doesn’t get warm enough in the winter. With this heating pad behind my back, I can sit comfortably for hours. I like setting number 3. Thank you!

Heat for sore muscles
My old pad was no longer working, so needed new one. Choose this after reading reviews. One of the biggest pluses is the timed shut-off. Aching back at bedtime, just put this on a medium setting and not worry about falling asleep. Shuts off after 3 hours instead of running all night. Multiple heat settings (1 thru 6) allow comfort for personal needs.

If you want Hot this is not your heating pad
this is a very very nice and soft heating pad but if you are looking for hot this is the wrong one to buy… the highest setting of six keeps it at a very nice warm temperature but it’s not as warm as I thought it would be as in what the description says… I would return it but it’s a waste of my time….. I give it four stars just because it’s soft and it does get warm but I would have liked it to be a little warmer like the temperature says….

Solid choice, no frills, Auto shut off.
I like this, along with the weighted version that massages, BUT!! Does not get very hot, nor does it do so quickly. I have to use the highest setting (6) to really feel any of the benefits of it being a heating pad. It is very very light, really no weight to it at all, which is good for some who need that feature. It is not very large, but it’s not too small. Use for one area body part at a time, so just adjust and plan time accordingly. It works as it should and it has a long cord which is convenient, both products I own of this brand are great depending on what the need is for. This particular one is quite honestly just your plain Jane heating pad, it does what it says and nothing more. I do not use the heating options because I keep it on the highest one. It is very easy to click together and wash if needed. Remote is easy to understand, just hold it for a second or 2 to allow it to come on. The safety feature of auto shut off is always a plus for those who are hesitant and have tendency to not quite remember if something has been turned off. The best part of this particular brand of products is that each item comes with a booklet and a postcard type tag that allows you to activate the manufacturer warranty.
A solid purchase for a plain Jane no frills heating pad.

Slow to heat up
Slow to heat up. It will take about 1/2 hour to reach max heating temp. I’ve been on it for about an hour now so assume it’s reached max temp. It’s a little above normal body temp. Not nearly what I expected, though I have little experience with electric heating pads. Not sure why 6 is the max temp. I wouldn’t wash dishes in this low off temperature.

DOES NOT GET HOT
This was an emergency replacement for a heating pad I had for a decade that was amazing. This thing at its hottest setting barely has any heat at all and doesn’t get as hot as the lowest setting in my old heating pad. Such a disappointment.

Awful heating pad.
Awful heating pad! Does not warm up enough at all even on level 6. It gets a tad warm, but not hot enough to experience the relaxation that a heating pad should provide. I want to return it, but I’m recovering from a procedure and I’m on bed rest, so I can’t get up and drive to the nearest Walmart. So disappointed to have spent my money on this product.

Trash
Hasn’t worked right since I took it out of the box. I had kind of wondered if somebody had already purchased it and returned it. Pretty upsetting when you’re in pain and needed it and it doesn’t even work.
