It’s amazing how technology has evolved. Wonderful, heating pad! Additional features are not expected in a traditional heating pad. The extra long cord makes it so easy to get relief, to sore muscles. Worth every penny. Last heating pad you will ever buy.

Excellent heat pad, very comfortable and soft and a nice large size to cover a good area. Every once in a while I seem to pull a muscle or sit wrong and this heat pad is absolutely essential in those times. I’ve tried many others that were either not soft and uncomfortable or too small but this one is just right.

I wish I could say I absolutely love this heating pad. But unfortunately I bought 1 and exchanged it for a new one less then one week after I bought it. The replacement came and unfortunately it lasted long but only a month. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

this heating/massage pad was amazing for the first 2 times I put it on. After that, if I turned heat on, it smelled like something is burning. if I did massage, it worked great until you have to sit up, change from one side to the other, of you lay on it you WILL know it!!! its very painful

Stopped working after 2 days
Bought for my wife’s birthday, and after just 2 days of use, much like 7 other people here experienced, the massage button malfunctions and turns off the whole unit.

I bought this heating pad hoping for some reliable relief, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just two days of light use. At first, it heated up quickly and felt great, but by the third day, it wouldn’t turn on at all. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. Definitely not worth it — I’ll be looking for a more dependable brand next time.

Product worked great for a week then stopped. I have a second one that I bought in the winter and it works great. I cannot find any instructions on how to return this one. I would bring it to the store but since it was a delivery I have no receipt. Plus I have mobility issues which is the reason I have everything delivered

I used this thing two times before it died. Just completely stopped working. And it was expensive!! Plus – it barely got hot. You couldn’t even tell if it was on. There’s also some “massaging” stones but they were so uncomfortable. Worst heating pad ever. Especially for the price.

I purchased this product 5 days ago due to complicatikns with my back and it has now stopped working, well the massager anyway. I do not usually keep the boxes for my product but due to this experience I am definitely going to error on the side of caution for any high end product I purchase. No response from customer service yet. Should have been a red flag for me since their is no 800 number. Lesson learned.

Highly disappointed
I ordered this massaging heating pad and used it less than 5 times before it stopped working all of a sudden. I contacted Walmart about it and they sent me another one the same day! Well, I used the replacement for about two weeks and it did the same thing. I did not use it every day and I used it no more than 20 minutes when I did use it. Highly disappointed. I will try another brand maybe.
