I bought a single bottle because I was worried that the fragrance or the bottle would be substandard but it looks smells and feels exactly like the Equate brand. I never tried the Flonase brand so can’t comment on that. ps I actually really like the fragrance

Perfect product for me. Keeps my nasal passages clear without drowsy side effects. Clears a stuffy nose and halts a runny nose so perfect product year round. You use to need a prescription but now it is over the counter.

My Kaiser doctor told me that the only OTC nasal spray that was effective and non-addictive (caused more use over time) was Flonase. This nasal spray has the exact same ingredients, is non-addictive, and as effective at half the price with more sprays per bottle. This is an easy decision.

Very effective
I could not go another spring with the pollen and the effects it has so I came across this nasal spray and it’s been very effective.
The only complaint I have is the nozzle is too large.
I recommend this and will be buying again.

Gotta Get You Some!
I have sleep aptnea and allergies so I use HealthA2Z every night. First, I use my neti pot, which I also got at Walmart. then the Fluticasone. I now sleep 71/2 to eight hours every night. Best Stuff Ever!

Health A2 Z fluticasone nasal spray works just as great as any namebrand product at a much reduced price.

HealthA2Z nose spray does a pretty good job of keeping my nasal %26 sinus passages open. I usually have to get the generic Clariton D from the pharmacy to get relief from my allergies %26 the congestion they cause. That definately works best but the Fluticasone Propionate nasal spray goes up into your sinuses well enough to give some help with the pressure. That’s the most important thing for me.

It’s the first medication to stop my runny %26 stuffy nose due to allergies, without the side effects of Sudafed – works really well
