Taupe is a dark color
Product is as described, only issue is the color, I was looking for a lighter shade, I did not realize that taupe is as dark (dark gray brown)as shown on the package I received. It has not been opened, I will be returning.

i love the product %26 savings! but the postal service is “Terrible”, they smashed it into my mail box, when there was no need! the box was big enough that they could’ve sat it on my front doorstep! I know it is not Walmart’s fault, i just thought it needed to be made known of postmen/women taking the extra step in protecting our valuables! I’m curious if anyone else has this problem? please respond if so. thank you to our Walmart %26 everyone who has made shopping a bit easier!

I really like this eyebrow pencil compared to other products similar to it. I use it every time I put makeup on. I am able to fill in and darken my eyebrows. It enables me to draw a thin line on each side of my eybrows. I have gotten many compliments.

No To The New Skinny Size
Very disappointed new skinny product is 1/2 size of old one…I was shocked…can you say shrunk? L’Oréal brow stylist size is so skinny now you could loose it in your make up bag and not even notice! So skinny and looks nothing like it use to %26 after using the Brow Stylist pencil/ brush for YEARS I will not be buying again. Bye bye skinny little L’Oréal Brow Stylist!

I don’t like the location of the pickup area, doesn’t seem safe. I also had a problem getting someone to answer my call from the space l parked in. Very strange, l had to drive around and try a different spot and call again. No manners answering the phone. Lame exp

Item NOT in the package!!!
The L’Oreal Paris Brow Stylist Definer was NOT in the delivered package when I opened it…only the jar of Equate Gentle Skin Cream. I texted the delivery was excellent before opening the package. How do I get the $8.97 charge for the L’Oreal Brow Definer, which was not in the packager, off my bill??? Nancy Watkins

The individual package holding the product (the display package holding the brow pencil) was open ( not sealed shut), the clear plastic was not sealed shut around the entire brow pencil. The exterior delivery brown paper bag was sealed shut and in good condition. The brow pencil brown top was loose and fell off, the product itself was squished (it looks used). I would like a refund as the product is not in usable condition.

Do NOT purchase anything from L’Oreal!
I have been using this product for years and have never experienced any issues. The last 3 months I have purchased 12 pencils, and each of them was defective. I called the different stores, and they told me to call L’Oreal. I called L’Oreal, and they left me on hold for over an hour and then disconnected the call twice. The third time I called, L’Oreal left me on hold for four hours before they disconnected my call. Horrible customer service all the way around/ I will never buy anything from L’Oreal and you shouldn’t either!!

Item was broken
I want a refund. It was not in stock when I placed a pickup order so they shipped it and when I opened it from the box it was broken and unable to be used. I even took pictures. Horrible. It either broke during transportation or they deliberately gave me a broken one

pickup boys are ridiculous.
i have tried to order this product 4-5 times for pickup within a week. each time it shows in stock, but it was cancelled for pickup each time. i went in and it was in stock, and i was able to get it delivered. i don’t know what issue pickup people are having with getting makeup, but it’s really ridiculous. only hire women if they have such a problem getting a makeup product.
