Still have dark circles:disappointed:
I may have had high expectations, but I thought it would cover my dark circles under my eyes much better than it did! I have given all my Tula products 5 stars and I really wanted to again.

I wanted this to work so bad, and it will 15% of the time but majority of the time it makes my eyes have allergic reactions and causes blisters and itchiness as well as redness and hives. I am so sad that I have to stop using this product but it made my eyes swell.

It does next to nothing.
It does next to nothing. The effect of the product is imperceptible- the effect attempts to come off as sheer shimmer, but at best looks simply to look wet- no sense of cooling, or visually diminishing undesirable dark circles, bags, or wrinkles. No more effective than chapstick.
